Soothing moist heat application that keeps you warm and cozy for up to a half hour, or chill in freezer for an"ice pack" equivalent. The cozy feeling outer bag is made from 100% soft cotton "toweling" and can be removed and machine washed and tumble dried.
When heated, you can enjoy the warmth while resting or napping. Warm your beds and take the chill of your toes in winter. Treat yourself. I take mine to bed and lay it on my chest when under the weather or just for the pleasure of it.
Ingredients: Two Pounds of Rice for the "Plain Bag" and for the Lavender it has 1 Tablespoon of Organic Lavender added for a gentle lavender scent.

The rice bag heats in about 2 minutes (warm) and 3 minutes (very warm) in a small 600 watt microwave. In a 1200 watt microwvave, it will heat well in about 1 minute.
We suggest you start with 1 minute intervals and check the heat level you desire, as microwaves vary in size and strength.
