Ordering Information, Shipping Options, and Return Policy


Shipping & handling

We ship by USPS (United States Postal Service). For other options such as Fedex, please call 201-390-5938.  Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours, and any received over the weekend will processed the following Monday.  The shipping cost is determined by item weight.  Occasionally an item may be out of stock or there is an unforeseen delay in shipment.  We will notify you within 48 hours if this should happen, and provide an expected date when the item will be available and shipped.  If there are multiple items ordered they may ship separately. We take great care packing our merchandise for shipping, but if you do receive a damaged order, please contact us immediately and we will send out a replacement at no cost and contact our carrier to resolve the problem.  


International Shipping: 

Please contact us by phone at 201-390-5938 during normal business hours  9:00am-5:00pm Monday through Saturday. (Eastern Standard Time) or through our "Contact Us" page, and we will let you know the shipping and handling charges.  You are responsible for any taxes, duties or custom fees charged by your country.

If you do not wish to order through our web site, you can call us at 201-390-5938. Please include the best contact number for us to reach you if there are any questions, and to give you the total amount due for your order.


Forms of payment:

We accept most credit cards.  If you wish to pay by check or money order, we will ship after the check has cleared.


Bulk orders:

Please contact us if you are interested in buying large quantities of any of our items.

Returns:

All sales are final.  We guarantee all merchandise to be free of defect and will replace any item or refund your money if this guarantee is not met.  You can return defective items within 30 days and must include a copy of the sales receipt or invoice.  You may wish to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.  If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be promptly issued and will appear on your billing statement.  If payment was by check or money order we will send you a refund check.  You may return merchandise to the address shown below:
